Refund & Return Policy

At Beautifully Within, we want you to love your skincare and beauty routine. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. Unopened skincare, unopened beauty devices, and unused vanities qualify for standard returns.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at 1stopshop@beautifullywithin.com. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at 1stopshop@beautifullywithin.com or call (930) 272-0536 so we can evaluate and resolve the issue right away.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under the same eligibility criteria.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
